Artist Acres is a little piece of paradise in the country. Situated on a manicured three acres, it has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, as well as a detached artist studio/entertainment room. It is quaint and private and you will enjoy sitting in the hot tub (just off the deck) in the evenings while gazing at the stars and sipping on your favorite beverage.
In the studio, you might want to invite friends over for chips, popcorn and a game of bridge at the card table; or to watch "the game" on the big screen TV; work from home; or read the next good novel. Meanwhile, in the main house, there is a more formal social dining area (open to the well equipped kitchen and living room) that will make you want to invite friends and family for a social dinner at least every weekend.
Surrounding "Artist Acres" are two acres of manicured lawn, and beyond that, a forest of trees for your privacy.
The master bedroom has a large double closet and sky light. The second bedroom has an attached sunroom with twin beds and a desk, perfect for the kids or visiting guests.

Weekly: $800/week
Monthly: $2900/mo (for 1-4 months) and $2,200/month (for 5 - 12 months)
Nightly Rate: $150/night (based on double occupancy)
Additional Person Fees: $15/person/night after the first two people
Pet Fees: $10/night/pet ($40/pet/week and $75/pet/month)
Rates are subject to 8.3% state and lodging tax
Minimum two nights and three nights on holidays
