Ranch Park Lodge is one of Western Canada's premier vacation homes. This spacious and luxurious hand-crafted log home, surrounded a forest of towering cedar trees, is a must stay on your vacation to Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
Ranch Park Lodge is three thousand square feet of pure log living luxury. In both of the two 'great rooms' there is a massive natural rock fireplace. The upper great room has a twenty-six foot vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows to maximize on the Fraser Valley Views. The lower recreational room has a
56" television with VCR/DVD and a library of movies, a solid oak card table complete with cards, poker chips, chess set, backgammon board, kids board games and more. High-Speed Wireless Internet is complimentary.
There are three full bathrooms, large open kitchen/dining/great room, incredible master bedroom suite that allow you to wake up to a view of the waterfalls each morning.
The Lodge overlooks the signature tee of an executive par four golf course, majestic mountains and a virtually satellite view of the city of Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley below.
You will find for your use; soft thick bathrobes, hairdryers, and a chefs kitchen which is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, appliances and quality linens. This kitchen is quite social, as it opens to the great room and formal dining room. You may wish to entertain in a more formal style or dine on the deck using nothing but the BBQ

Ranch Park Lodge Rates (Effective December 1, 2008)
Sunday - Thursday: $229/night
Friday & Saturday: $279/night
Weekly: $1700/week (add $299/week for Peak Season)
Additional Person Fee: $25/night/person (applies to all but the first FOUR guests))
Pet Fee: $15/night/dog (maximum of two)
Cleaning Fee: $125 (must be paid directly to cleaners upon arrival)
Tax: GST 5%
NOTES:
-The above rates are based on double occupancy (there is an additional charge of $15/person/night which applies to all except the first two people).
-We warmly welcome your family dog ($15/night/pet fee).
-Rates are subject to change without notice and are expressed in Canadian dollars.
MINIMUM NIGHTLY REQUIREMENTS:
-Bookings must be for a minimum of two night's stay during non-Peak Season.
-Bookings at "Peak Season" must be for a minimum of one week (see below for "Peak Season" dates).
-Bookings during "long weekends and holidays" must be for a minimum of three nights (see below for "holidays and long weekends").
Peak Season
June 21 to September 7 (Saturday to Saturday) and December 21 to January 3 (Any Day of the week)
Holidays and Long Weekends
Easter, Mother's Day, Victoria Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Canada, Remembrance Day, Thanksgiving USA.
Note: During Christmas, New Years and "Peak Season" you are required to book a minimum one week.
Note: As per our household requests and guest agreement, please note that the maximum daytime occupancy is
twelve people unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please note that there is a surcharge for the daytime use
for more than 12 people. Kindly inquire about these rates.
RATES & PAYMENT TERMS for February & March 2010: ($CDN)
$18,000 for month of February 2010.
$1,500/ night for a minimum stay of 10 nights.
$2,000 immediate retainer fee. 50% of remainder ($16,000) due ninety days before occupancy.
Remainder ($8,000) plus $1,000 damage deposit 30 days prior to stay.
** $1,000/night during entire Paralympic Games (March 12 - 21, 2010)
Credit Card/Certified Cheque/Bank Draft/Money Order.
DATES are flexible - longer term or could add an extra free day or two at either end if required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-refundable unless the owner is able to re-rent the property for the same price, in which case there will be a full refund (minus $1,000 admin fee).
